Ports: fishing port, shipyard, major commercial port, and marina.

Continue to Legzira beach where we will enjoy the sunset, it is one of the most beautiful natural attractions of Morocco and the entire African continent! It is decorated with huge stone arches and red rocks that change their color during the day. In 2016, one of the arches collapsed, but the beach still has not lost its magical beauty!

The water is crystal clear and the sand is white and powdery.

Just a short drive from Sidi Ifni passing by Guelmim is the Tafraout village, which is home painted rocks, gardens of almond, and Argan trees.

Tafraout is a small Berber town. Let’s make a stop at an unusual art object in the vicinity of the town, the colored stones, painted by the Belgian artist  Jean Vérame in 1984. To create this controversial art object with an area of 5km. it took about 19 tons of paint, which was brought by trucks. However, colored stones have become one of Tafraout’s calling cards and a favorite spot for photos.

Day 6: TAFRAOUTE – TAROUDANT

Today you will have an authentic experience in Morocco. This picturesque route takes you through some of the most beautiful scenery in the country, and you’ll get to experience traditional Moroccan culture first-hand.

The journey begins in Tafraoute, a small town in the Atlas Mountains. From here, you’ll wind your way through the mountains, past villages, and farms, before arriving in Taroudant. This lively town is the perfect place to end your journey, with its bustling markets and vibrant atmosphere.

Along the way, you’ll get some of the best food Morocco has to offer. Be sure to try the traditional tagine, a slow-cooked stew made with meat and vegetables. And of course, no trip to Morocco would be complete without a cup of mint tea.

continue our journey to Taroudant (4 hours excluding stops). Taroudant is called the “grandmother of Marrakech” because this city was the capital in the XVI century before it was transferred to Marrakech, and its powerful city walls resemble those of Marrakech. Now, this small quiet town is known for its handicrafts, especially carpets and jewelry. Overnight at the hotel in Taroudant.

Day 7: TAROUDANT – MARRAKECH.

After spending a few days in the relatively relaxed villages, it’s time to head to the bustling city of Marrakesh. Although only a few hours away, the difference between the two cities is night and day.

As soon as we arrived in Marrakesh, we could feel the energy in the air. The streets are full of people, scooters, and cars honking their horns. It is a completely different world from the calm oasis of Taroudant.

We will spend the rest of our day exploring the Medina, getting lost in the winding alleyways, and discovering new shops and cafes. The souks are full of life, you can find souvenirs for family and the closest ones there.

At night, we will venture out to the square of Djemaa el-Fna, where we will get entertained by snake charmers, acrobats, and storytellers. You will get an unforgettable experience in the city.

Day 8: MARRAKECH CITY TOUR.

Wake up in a traditional Moroccan riad and, according to the tradition of our tour, have breakfast at the hotel and get ready to explore the city. We will start our journey by visiting Majorelle Garden, which was created by French Orientalist artist Jacques Majorelle. It has different plants from around the world, full of shades and water features. Next to it, we will visit the Yves Saint Laurent Museum which is the highlight of today’s program. The legendary french fashion designer and the founder of the Saint Laurent Fashion house was in love with Morocco and lived here for many years. We will go to this residence to out what exactly attracted the famous fashion designer.

Next, we will go back to the medina and look at the famous Al-Koutoubia Mosque. Later, walk through the narrow streets to the Bahia Palace. You will fall in love with the place as it has different rooms with different designs. Each place has a unique design that was preserved for centuries.
