Day 1: PICK UP FROM TANGIER AND TRAVEL TO CHEFCHAOUEN.
Pick up you in a private tour from the hotel, airport, or the port of Tangier, start by visiting the main attractions and travel to Chefchaouen, the blue city of Morocco, enjoying the picturesque Rif of the mountains to Tetouan and along with the scenic landscapes, and afterward get to Chefchaouen, a town situated in the Rif mountains peaks. Chefchaouen is a blue-washing aesthetic town, the mountains will make you feel like your own your particular world. The old medina is a pleasure of Moroccan and Andalucian influence with red-tiled rooftops, splendid blue buildings, and narrow streets that meet together in the bustling Plaza Uta el-Hammam and resorted kasbah. Day 2: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – FES.
After your breakfast in the riad, our journey will start towards Volubilis via Riff Mountains and other Riff villages. Volubilis embodies the roman ruins and presents a unique archaeological site of Moroccan history, after the visit we will shift our way to Meknes city, one of the famous imperial cities in Morocco, where we will hang around the historical huge walls of the Medina, Bab Mansour. Then we continue to Fes to explore Fez city’s oldest stunning monuments is a must and an interesting opportunity that shouldn’t be missed while you are traveling to Morocco. Enjoy a half-day medina walking guided tour, with free time in the afternoon to explore more sites of the city. The Fes medina is the world’s largest living medieval medina and a UNESCO site. You will Explore the ancient historical monuments in the Old Medina such as Al Quaraouin (the oldest University in Morocco), Nejjarin Museum, Jewish Quarter, and view Fes’ famous leather tannery from above. Overnight in Fes.
Day 3 : DESERT TOUR FROM FES – IFRANE – ZIZ VALLEY – MERZOUGA DESERT.
After your breakfast, we will leave Fes city towards Ifrane the Switzerland of Morocco. We will stop in the cedar forest in the Middle Atlas Mountains and get in touch with wild monkeys. Then we continue on to Midelt famous for its minerals and apple. We’ll continue along Ziz Valley enjoying the panoramic views of palm trees along the river, then we continue our journey to visit Erfoud and its fossils products. Later on, we will arrive at Merzouga desert Sahara where we will go on an adventure trek by riding camels to cross Erg Chebbi sand dunes. Overnight in Desert Camp.
Day 4: ADVENTURE DESERT EXCURSION IN ERG CHEBBI DESERT.
Your camel guide will wake you up early morning to enjoy the sunrise over Erg Chebbi sand dunes, then have breakfast and ride camels back to meet your driver, and start an amazing excursion around Erg Chebbi sand dunes. This desert excursion will give you the opportunity to explore the surrounding area of the Merzouga desert by visiting the tiny villages (such as khamlia, village of black people who are famous for Gnawa music). After that, you will go to experience the local Souk (market) of Rissani. You will have a break for lunch then we drive you back to your hotel to relax. Overnight in the hotel, and possibly the second night in Desert camp.
Day 5 : MERZOUGA DESERT – TODRA GORGES – DADES VALLEY – OUARZAZATE.
Today we will leave the amazing Sahara desert after a great adventure trip. Travel from Merzouga to Ouarzazate via Dades valley, Erfoud, and Todra gorge the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch in the heart of the gorge, we will drive through the Dades Valley, where you will see the majestic sand castles and Kasbahs, then to the rose valley, reach our destination Ouarzazate. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 6 : OUARZAZATE – AIT BEN HADDOU – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH.
After your breakfast at your hotel, we will start our journey visiting Taourirt kasbah (the former residence of the Glaoui). Then continue to visit the famous Ait Benhaddou Kasbah; the oldest Kasbah in southeast Morocco and UNESCO world heritage site before heading and driving via the Tizi Ntichka pass with stops along the way enjoying small Berber villages; before we get to Marrakech.
