14 DAYS GRAND MOROCCO TOUR FROM TANGIER.
Day 1: TRAVEL FROM TANGIER TO CHEFCHAOUEN VIA TETOUAN.
14 days grand Morocco tour from Tangier to the beaches and imperial cities, through the way of the desert. Start from your accommodation in Tangier toward Chefchaouen, via Rif Mountains. We have some photo stops in this Mountains road. Then we arrive at (the blue city) Chefchaouen lodge between the Rif mountains. We will explore his blue streets and kasbah. Overnight in your riad.
Day 2: TRAVEL FROM CHEFCHAOUEN TO FES VIA VOLUBILIS AND MEKNES.
After breakfast in your Riad, we drive toward Fes. On the way, we visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, an archeologic site. Continue to Meknes and visit its monument, such as Bab Mansour gate, The museum of Moulay Ismail etc. After lunch, we then drive to Fes. Overnight in the Riad in Fes.
Day 3: FES GUIDED TOUR.
Leaving for Fes. Stop along the way at the UNESCO protected Volubilis ruins—the Roman’s farthest reach in Africa. Wander the complex, exploring merchant homes with still-intact heating systems, temples, and many mosaics in situ. Continue on to the smaller, less busy version of Fes, Meknes, for an introduction to a historic imperial city. The two main points of interest are the Ville Impériale (Imperial City) and the medina. Be sure to visit the Bab al-Mansour gate, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and the Royal Stables.
Continue on to Fes. With its impressively large old medina, Fes is a city worth getting lost in. Before venturing into the medina, take the time to visit the Merenid Tombs located just north of the city and enjoy the all-encompassing view of historic Fes and the surrounding area. Overnight in the Riad.
Day 4: TRAVEL FROM FES TO RABAT.
We travel from your Fes to Rabat, (Kingdom capital), via Meknes, you may have the opportunity to stop for a wine test. Afterward, we continue to Rabat and visit Oudaya Kasbah, Hassan tower. Overnight in the Riad.
Day 5: TRAVEL FROM RABAT TO CASABLANCA.
After breakfast in your Riad, we head to Casablanca via a coastal road. You admire the Atlantic beaches, arrive in Casablanca. Visit the Hassan II mosque, then walk in Cornice. Stay in a hotel in Casablanca.
Day 6: TRAVEL FROM CASABLANCA TO ESSAOUIRA VIA SAFI.
After breakfast in your hotel, we continue our trip to Essaouira, Oualidia, and Safi where we have lunch. we then continue our Atlantic coast way to Essaouira. Stay in the hotel or Riad.
Day 7: TRAVEL FROM ESSAOUIRA TO AGADIR VIA TAGHAZOUT BEACH.
We drive along the Atlantic coast from Essaouira, enjoying the beautiful beaches. Arrive in Taghazout where you have a walk on the beach. We then continue to Agadir. Stay in Hotel.
Day 8: TRAVEL FROM AGADIR TO MARRAKECH.
Today we will Drive toward Marrakech red city. You admire the argan trees on this road. Arrive at Marrakech, free time to walk on your own in the Jamaa Fna square. Stay in Riad.
Day 9: MARRAKECH GUIDED TOUR.
Exploring day, Marrakech has always been a thriving city dating back to the Berber Empire (1062 ACE). Meet your guide for a half-day tour, starting with browsing the stalls of Souk el Attarin (spices), Souk Haddadine (blacksmiths), and Souk Smata (slippers). Visit Souk des Teinturiers (the dyers’ souk) and visit the Koutoubia Mosque, along the way note the open spaces that extend off of some alleys.
The hard-to-miss Mosque’s 253 feet (77 m) minaret is the tallest tower built in Marrakech. Relax in the adjoining gardens, before carrying on to Ben Youssef Madrasa. Built-in the 16th century, this madrasa once housed students of the nearby mosque. Admire the Moroccan artisanship: carved cedar, stucco plaster, and zellij tiling. Visit the Marrakech Museum or the Museum of Moroccan Arts for more examples of traditional art and woodwork. South of Jemaa el-Fna is the Kasbah area with several worthwhile sights: the Saadian Tombs, El Badi Palace, Bahia Palace, and the Jewish Mellah.
Day 10 : DESERT TOUR FROM MARRAKECH – AIT BEN HADDOU – OUARZAZATE.
After breakfast in your hotel, we leaving Marrakech toward Ouarzazate. passe by the high Atlas mountains and Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, the UNESCO world heritage site. Then continue to Ouarzazate ( the Hollyoowd of Africa ), where you will visit the Studio movies and the Taourirt Kasbah. Overnight in the Hotel or Riad.
Day 11 : OUARZAZATE – ROSE VALLEY – DADES VALLEY – TODRA GORGES – SAHARA DESERT.
After breakfast, we will drive from Ouarzazate to the Rose valley and Dades valley. Then continue towards Todra Gorges, half an hour trekking in Todra palm grove and the gorges. Afternoon we drive then to the Sahara Desert. Crossing Jorf palm Trees and the town of Erfoud. Visit the workshop production of marble fossils.
Arrive at the impressive Erg Chebbi sand dunes. You Then will ride camels, and admire the sunset in the dunes. enjoying the delicious dinner and spend the night in the desert camp.
Day 12: EXCURSION IN MERZOUGA DESERT – ZIZ VALLEY – MIDELT.
After the sunrise show, we will have breakfast in our Desert camp then ride a camel or 4×4 car. Exploring the Erg Chebbi Desert by visiting the Nomad families, Gnawa music, then have lunch in Berber pizza restaurant and leave toward Midelt (apple city). Crossing Ziz valley, you will enjoy the beautiful landscape. Stay in the hotel.
Day 13: TRAVEL FROM MIDELT TO ASSILAH VIA AZROU FOREST AND IFRANE CITY.
Today we will travel from Midelt to Assilah, crossing the Azrou forest where we will be in touch with wild Monkeys, we drive to Ifrane city, the Switzerland of Morocco, with free time for coffee. We continue our way Elhajb and Meknes, have lunch. In the afternoon we arrive at Assilah. Overnight in the Riad.
Day 14: ASSILAH – TANGIER.
After a good breakfast, we head to Tangier. We will drive along the Atlantic coast way. Afterward, we arrive to Tangier. Drop off in your hotel, port, or Airport.
